Privacy Policy for XWRLD
Last updated: October 28, 2026
WRLDWIDE XPRSSN (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the XWRLD website (wrldwidexprssn.net) and the XWRLD app (app.wrldwidexprssn.net and the XWRLD mobile apps). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This one policy covers both the website and the app.
Information We Collect
Account information. If you create an account on the website or in the app, we collect your name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
Orders. When you buy merch or music, we collect your order details: the items you bought, your name, email address, billing address, phone number if you give it, and a shipping address for physical merchandise.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe (including through WooPayments on the website). We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date or CVC; Stripe handles that directly and securely.
Messages. If you contact us, use our contact form, or sign up for updates, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message so we can reply.
Technical information. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
The website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, remember what’s in your cart, remember your language, protect the site from spam and abuse, and understand how visitors use the site. Some of these are set by the services listed below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (such as the cart and checkout) may not work without them.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders (including unlocking purchased music in your XWRLD library and shipping physical merchandise), answer your messages, send updates you’ve asked for, improve the website, and keep our services secure. If you buy on the website, we use your email address to connect the purchase to your XWRLD app account so you can access it there.
Services We Use
We share information only with the providers that help us run XWRLD, and only what they need to do their job:
- IONOS hosts the website.
- WooCommerce runs the website store and stores your orders.
- Stripe / WooPayments process payments.
- Supabase hosts the XWRLD app’s backend and database, including your music library.
- Lovable hosts the XWRLD web app and collects basic usage statistics, such as which pages are viewed, to help us keep the app working well.
- HubSpot powers our sign-up forms and may set cookies to understand how visitors use the site.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners receive your name and shipping address to deliver physical orders.
Embedded Content
Some pages show music players and videos from the XWRLD app, or link to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, SoundCloud and Bandcamp. Embedded content behaves the same way as if you visited that site directly, and those services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
What We Don’t Do
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising purposes, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Data Retention
We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations, such as tax and financial recordkeeping. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at error404@wrldwidexprssn.net. You can also delete your app account at app.wrldwidexprssn.net/delete-account. If you live in California or another place with privacy laws that give you additional rights, you can use those rights the same way, and we won’t treat you differently for doing so.
Children’s Privacy
XWRLD is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
